This Policy applies to all users of the Service, including end users, installation partners, and business customers.
Data Controller: TapHome s.r.o. is the data controller for personal data collected through the Service, except where we process data on behalf of our business customers (see Section 14).

10. Data Retention
We retain your Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy:

14. Data Controller and Processor Roles
When TapHome is the Controller: TapHome acts as the data controller for Personal Data we collect directly from users of our Service (account information, support requests, website visitors).
When TapHome is the Processor: For Customer Data that our business customers upload or process through TapHome products (e.g., smart home device data, end-user information), TapHome acts as a data processor. In this case:
- The Customer is the data controller
- Processing is governed by our Data Processing Agreement
- Requests regarding such data should be directed to the relevant Customer
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will:
- Notify you via email or prominent notice on the Service
- Provide at least 30 days’ notice before changes take effect
- Obtain your consent where required by law
The “Last updated” date at the top indicates when the Policy was last revised.
